Refund policy

At Protest-Panels, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to ensure a smooth and fair return process. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. To start your return, please reach out to us at returns@protest-panel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
